Dear future host family

My name is Chloe. I am nineteen years old and I live in Denmark with my divorced parents and my brother.
I am looking for an au pair host family for when the summer is over. I have been wanting to become an au pair for about a year now, because I would love to take care and form a bond with someones else's children, while living in a different culture. I am very interested in other people with different lives than my own, so I think an au pair exchange would be an extremely giving experience.

I find children very fun and interesting to be around and I have always been a very creative and playful person. I care a lot about that the child/children feel comfortable with me and I would love to form a strong connection with them for example through creative and fun activities. I am really good at coming up with ideas for both activities and creative projects, and I can always find something fun and entertaining to do whenever I am bored.

I care a lot about the things I set myself up for, so while my job as your au pair obviously should be lots of fun, I also take the responsibility of the job seriously. Growing up, I was the oldest sibling and therefore got a lot of responsibility taking care of my younger brother. I am a very good at taking charge, however I always make sure to let everyones voices be heard when decisions are being made.
My creativity has made me really good at finding (sometimes alternative) solutions when problems occur. My open-minded nature makes me interested and invested in any ideas or thoughts your child/children may have, and I really care about them feeling listened to when they have something to say.

To sum up, I think you should consider me your next au pair because I am a creative, openminded and responsible person, who loves to engulf in new and different cultures, and I find it very exciting and extremely giving to be around and form bonds with a child/children.
