Dear Mama / Papa, parents / caregivers / children of,

I am Ouarda, 30 years young, born and raised in the vibrant city of Amsterdam, where I also have my own home. I speak Dutch, English,Arabic and I can even order a croissant in French :p

Since I was 12, I have been a proud aunt to a boy (now 20) and a 9-year-old niece, a true little diva. Babysitting them is always an adventure full of laughter, play, and maybe a bit of chaos. And yes, I’m totally ready for it! From changing diapers to soothing a crying baby ,
I know exactly what to do.
After studying tourism and hospitality,
I worked for three months as an entertainer at a campsite in France.
There, I organized all sorts of fun activities for children aged 0 to 15: sports days, water fun, treasure hunts, and performances. It was one big party! I then pursued training as a pedagogical worker and earned my first aid certificate for children + emergency response.
My dream has always been to become a primary school teacher, but due to other choices, I never took that step further. Who knows what the future holds!
For the past nine years, I’ve been babysitting a family in the Netherlands with children aged 6 and 9. I also now have 15 years of babysitting experience! I have worked as a receptionist in gyms and now for large hotel chains.
In my free time, you can usually find me in the pool or, if I’m feeling adventurous, on a horse.

I am tidy, respectful, cheerful, and super patient.

As an au pair, I’m excited to become part of your family not just to help with the kids, but to share everyday moments, learn from each other, and bring warmth and joy into your home.
