I would like to be an au pair because it's an incredible opportunity to immerse myself in a new culture while pursuing my passion for working with children. I want to create a supportive and caring environment where the children can thrive, learn, and have fun. Additionally, I hope to develop a strong bond with the family, learn from their experiences, and contribute positively to their lives!

I first started babysitting when I was 12 after completing a babysitting course. I babysat for around 4 to 5 different families, each with 1 to 3 kids aged between 3 to 12 years old. Then, at the age of 14, I began coaching hip-hop to younger children at my dance school. I assisted groups aged between 3-5 and 6-8. It was incredibly rewarding to see these children grow as dancers and individuals. Some were initially stressed and sad, as it was a new experience for them, but I'm proud to say that by the end, they were happy and confident. They even performed in front of a large audience at the dance show. We created fun activities to entertain the children during classes and introduced them to new parts of the dance routine each time. I continued as an assistant coach for two years, adjusting the classes to accommodate each child's learning pace. ?

At 16, I worked as an assistant at a summer camp, where I helped with various activities including sports, art, and other general activities for children of all ages.

Finally, last summer, I assisted a group of 15 teenagers who wanted to develop their entrepreneurial skills. We taught them the basics of business management, helped them establish their multi-service cooperative and helped them with their promotions. They offered services such as house cleaning, lawn mowing, painting, and special events for young children, like foam machine, popcorn machine, and cotton candy machine. Their clients were able to book any service, and the mini-entrepreneurs would organize and execute it. My role mainly involved supervision and assisting with equipment setup. They offered their services for birthdays, summer camps, and child daycare. ✨?

I am willing to assist with light housework, run errands, drive the children, and cook nutritious meals. I eat anything, but I'm open to accommodating to any unique diet needs your family may have, such as vegetarian, gluten-free, or lactose intolerance. I hold a valid Canadian driver's license, I do not smoke, and am comfortable with pets, as I have some myself. I am very laid-back and flexible, with no preference for schedule.
