My learning goals are
One of the things I’m most excited about as an au pair is the opportunity to learn new languages and communicate more deeply with my host family and community. I want to become fluent in French, Luxembourgish, and Dutch because I believe that language is the heart of cultural connection. Learning these languages will allow me to express myself better, understand local customs, and build more genuine relationships with the people around me.
Being able to speak your language will not only help me care for the children more effectively - it will also help me understand their world, their humor, and their emotions. I know that becoming fluent takes time and dedication, but I’m eager to learn through daily conversations, reading, and listening. For me, learning French, Luxembourgish, and Dutch isn’t just about words - it’s about respect, cultural appreciation, and truly becoming part of your family’s life
