I am organised, fun-loving and responsible, and have always enjoyed playing with and taking care of children and animals.
I am sporty with many interests and a love for healthy, wholesome food.
I’m also kind, patient, and always eager to learn new things.
My needs include:
- A warm, relaxed and caring family.
- Possibility for daily exercise and physical activity.
- Being near some social opportunities
- Access to French lessons
Needs I can fulfil:
- A kind, compassionate presence for your children
- Driving to and from school/ activities
- Cooking healthy meals (any diet)
- Helping with homework (in English initially, until my French improves)
- Help with light housework, like a family member.
Things you should know:
- I haven't had any experience driving around in big cities.
- Learning French is going to be a priority for me during my stay, as I am hoping to apply to the University of Bordeaux next year. So I would love to practice with you!
- "Housekeeper" is not part of my job description, however I am happy to share the household responsibilities (such as cooking, washing dishes, maintaining neat living areas etc.) as a member of a host family.
- I have never worked as an au pair, but I enjoy spending time with children and am a competent addition to a household.

- I was an assistant coach at my gymnastics club for two years. Responsibilities included explaining and assisting in exercises with groups of 10 - 25 children, while also ensuring the students' safety.
The two main age groups that I trained with were toddlers (2-5 years old), and pre-adolescents (9-14 years old).
- I worked as a private tutor for four months, teaching subjects in the areas of Science, Mathematics, and English.
- I also regularly babysat babies and young children when I was younger (age13-15)
Other kinds of experience:
I love cooking, and currently regularly prepare meals for me and my family (We are 4).
I am handy in the garden, as my family and I have our own veggie garden that provides most of our fresh produce in summer and autumn.
I can ride horses - both Western and Classic - and took lessons for 8 years.
I have experience with rescue horses, and have done some natural horsemanship as well.
Working with horses is a labour of love for me.
In the last few years I have also done some house- and pet-sitting – mainly taking care of my friends’ dogs, cats, chickens and gardens while they were away for a few weeks.
