Hello there! My name is Madeline and I am currently a second year student at the University of California, Berkeley. I am 19 years old and have a passion for traveling, language, food, culture, and I love working with kids. I have been a babysitter from the age of 13 and have 3+ years of experience of working as a summer camp counselor! I would really like to travel abroad this summer, and staying with a host family would make the financial burden of traveling abroad a lot easier. I would also like to be immersed into the local community so I can learn all about the culture and traditions. I am extremely easy going and enthusiastic to help out with any and all tasks I am asked to do. I am driven and care deeply for the people around me.
