I have had extensive experience working with children ages 1-12 since I was thirteen. I am currently a nanny in Victoria, BC, for two little boys, ages 6 and 9. I have been with their family for three years now and have loved every minute of connection and radiating joy I get when spending time with the two of them. Being able to help them develop skills and traits that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives is an honour, and I pride myself on being a positive influence during their core developmental years. I also have been running Spring Break and Summer camps through a recreation centre for the past five years. Most camps I run are based on outdoor adventuring and fundamental sports skills such as soccer, tennis, baseball etc. I thoroughly enjoy these opportunities, as they keep me active and inspired, but I am looking for a change in my day-to-day life. I believe that becoming an Au Pair would allow me to discover a new part of myself that I have wanted to find for a while now. Getting to experience a new part of the world and fully immerse myself in a new culture would be such a beautiful opportunity, and I am looking forward to making that a reality sometime soon.
