This is my first time being an Au Pair but I am a fast learner and adapt well to new environments. I want to be an Au Pair because I feel that the best way to understand cultures and languages is by spending time with the speakers of that language. I voluntarily taught Spanish classes at my former primary school - largely because I love teaching children new languages as children absorb new information so well (like sponges!). I currently work part-time in a supermarket in a supervisory customer-facing role and love interacting with children who are shopping with their families. I have been told that I have a very calming presence and am level-headed under pressure.
