Dear potential new family,
My name is Rosa, and I am a 26-year-old Finnish sacred art student iving in Florence, Italy.
Before starting my sacred art studies, I worked as a Sunday school teacher in Helsinki, Finland, with children aged 4 to 13. As you can imagine, working with such a wide age range required creativity and adaptability! My colleague and I would often run two separate groups in the same space to cater to the different needs of younger and older children.
Sometimes, I feel that the children in my international congregation taught me more about faith and life than all my years in the university in Finland
I am a responsible, playful, creative, well-read, and warm person. I have always led a sober life, free of any substances, regardless of my religious beliefs—I simply find life beautiful and fulfilling just as it is.
I am fluent in English, Finnish, and Swedish, and I also speak some Russian. Currently, I am learning Italian and improving little by little! In the past, I studied Japanese, Latin, Koine Greek, and Classical Hebrew at the University of Helsinki, though I must admit those skills are becoming a bit rusty.
As I have also lived 6 months in Tokyo, Japan last year studying Japanes art history and volunteering in a local church there.
I think I can sufficiently say that I have experience in re-locating and settling down in a new culture and environment.
I am resilient and confident I can overcome even the most unexpected situations that sometimes can happen when moving to a new country.
I do not have any allergies, chronic illnesses, or health issues. I believe that taking care of your body through a healthy diet, consistent sleep routines, and regular exercise is essential for maintaining a vibrant and fulfilling everyday life.
Currently, I am in an exciting and flexible stage of life that allows me to apply as an Au Pair. While I look forward to having my own family one day,
I am not yet married or raising children, which gives me the freedom to dedicate my time to this opportunity.
As I work on my long time creative project from home, focusing on mastering human anatomy, composition, and perspective, I can easily schedule my studies around the hours spent caring for and spending quality time with your loved one—be they young or elderly.
All though I would possibly prerer a host family in Italy, I am still excited and open for offers from other countries as well!
I hope to share my positive energy, creativity, and care with your family. Thank you for considering me as your Au Pair, and I look forward to the possibility of getting to know you better!
Feel free to contact me over email as well:
Warm regards,
Rosa
