I have been fortunate to benefit from having received a lot of experience caring for children of all age ranges throughout my life. With two younger sisters, and being the eldest of 16 cousins, I have developed my childcare experience from a young age. Alongside over 10 years of babysitting experience, I also had the opportunity to au pair for a Taiwanese family with 4 children, ages ranging from 6-15 years-old, for 6 months in 2018. During these 6 months, I au paired for my family outside of school hours, and during school hours I assisted with teaching English lessons at the local Junior High School.

Having been raised bilingual, I have always had a passion for languages, and would love to become a part of your family and help your children benefit from this skill. Whilst I learned English as a native, having attended a German primary and secondary school allowed me to not only learn German from a native perspective, but also permitted me the opportunity to experience what it is like learning English as a foreign language. This is a skillset which I was able to develop as an Assistant Teacher in Taiwan. With my in depth understanding of the complexities of language learning, I would be able to use my experience and diverse skillset as, not just an au pair, but also an english teacher to your family.
