Dear host family.
My name is Mille. I am a 19 (20 in September) year old girl Denmark. I am finishing my A-levels in the summer 2024. My family lives north of Copenhagen. I have a mother and a father and an older sister.
I have been staying at a boarding school for 3 years at Soroe Akademi and I would say that I have matured and become very independent during my stay here. Every second weekend I return to my parents. My sister is studying History at the University in Copenhagen where she lives.
One of the reasons why I want to be an au pair in France is that I would like to learn the French language fluently and staying with a family is in my opinion the best way to learn to speak a language. I also want to be an au pair because I want to get to know the culture and to spend time with a French family.
I am a responsible and outgoing person who likes to interact with other people
I like children and I am a caring person.
I have experience with my two younger cousins (2 years and 7 months) and I also have experience with children at the age 3-8 whom I have been teaching swimming in a swimming club.
During my time at the boarding school I have been teaching young children the age of 3-8 to be confident in water and to swim as a spare time job.
I qualify for the job as an au pair because I am responsible and serious. I like spending time with children and I have experience with young children both teaching wise but also as a babysitter.
