Hello! My name is Amanda and I’m 22 years old. I’m originally from Gothenburg (Sweden) but moved to Malmö a few years ago to study criminology at Malmö University. I’m taking my bachelors this spring (end of May) and I am currently stuck between studying a few more years or doing something entirely different- such as exploring the world and new cultures.
I am a warm, kind and extremely loyal person. I have a younger sister who is 2 years younger than me, whom I’ve always been extremely close to. Furthermore, I love children and have always been popular among my friends younger siblings. I have always imagined myself working with children at some point in my life and being an Au Pair would be the perfect opportunity to do so.
If you’re looking for a happy, easy going and warm soul- I am the perfect fit. I speak English fluently and I have also studied psychology with a special focus on children during my 3 years at university. My friends would also describe me as a very calm person with a great temper, which is my I think I would be a great fit for an Au Pair.

There are many reasons as to why I would love to become an Au Pair! The first thing is that my mother was an Au Pair when she was younger, she lived in Florida and worked for a family there. All the stories she has told be has really inspired me to try it out myself. The second thing is that I would love to experience a different culture and to live somewhere else, maybe even get the chance to learn a new language. I also love children and I have always wanted to work with children at some point in my life.
