**My Experience as an Au Pair & Caregiver for the Elderly:**

I have over two years of experience providing compassionate and dedicated care to both children and the elderly. In my previous roles, I worked as a full-time caregiver for a seriously ill family member, managing tasks such as medication administration, personal care (dressing and bathing), meal preparation, and mobility support. I also facilitated appointments and organized therapeutic and social activities to enhance their quality of life. Additionally, I have supported clients with mental health challenges, focusing on emotional well-being, relapse prevention, and encouraging independence.

**Why I Would Like to Become an Au Pair & Caregiver for the Elderly Abroad:**
