Hello! My name is Kwan. I am here to be an Au Pair(=focus on kids, im serious with my job!) I love playing and having fun together.
To tell more about me, there are things that I'm proud of myself and would like to share some to you :)
- POSITIVE and PATIENT when it's time to deal with them, or kind but firm
- I ACTIVE when to play with kids. Which means I made a plan , play along, run around with them.
- No PHONE or screentime
- being HONEST, I do like to respect others personal life and will respect how you be. But then I wish to respect and fair things from you as well.
I am also a good listener and they say they like the way I see things or how I somehow encourage them. I'm not that good, really, I was just there when they needed someone. So, I just wish to be there when you or your children need someone too.
Please feel free to ask to get to know me more, I would be very welcome,

- toddler; development focused, language, fine/gross moter, etc
- preschooler; focused on social skill, self-reliant, prepare themselves for new chapter of life. (Most experienced)

Why Au Pair program?
Firstly, and honestly, I want to say the English education system in Thailand is ridiculous. The English we learned from school or university cannot be used in real life. People with fine English will have great chances, especially in my work field, so I am determined myself become one of them.
Secondly, I need to know how Americans are really speaking nowadays. There are times I don't know what the proper word is for saying something. So, I want to develop my English skill and become very fluent and I like to practice my American accent. Then I can one day proudly say 'I've got an American English accent!'
