Dear Host family,

my name is Francesca, I'm from Italy and I'm 24.

I live in a village in the north of Italy, which is 50 minutes from Turin. I live near the woods, so the place where I live is very quiet, but I also like living in the city.

At home we are 4: my dad, who is an employee, my mum, who is a physiotherapist and my brother who is 2 years older than me. We also have a cat, Minnie, and two dogs, Titti and Trilli. They are all very affectionate.

Since I was 6 years old I have been practicing gymnastics, first artistic then acrobatic. In the last few years I've been learning to snowboard, but due to the amount of snow, I was able to go only few times. I also like trekking.
Anyways I love doing sports.

As regard other passions, I love travelling and discover new cultures. I also like cooking, and I'm pretty good at it, moreover I'd like to discover new recipes from other countries.

In recent years I've had many experiences with kids, I've been educator in summer camps and in a scout group. I've also been some kids' babysitter, they were from 6 months to 7 years.

At High School I studied languages (English, French and German). Now I'm studying at University to become an Elementary school or Kindergarten teacher.

Before starting to work, I would like to have an experience abroad, that's why I would like to become an Au pair. This experience would let me improve languages, travel, discover a new culture and work with children all at once!
