I have not travelled abroad as an au pair. I have experience as a babysitter here in my hometown, Sofia. I worked for a mom of 4, helping mostly with the youngest. I also helped with cooking and cleaning. This work took me about 25 hours a week, for five weeks during the summer.
I am currently preparing for the medical school exam in Italy (IMAT). I wish to study in Sapienza, Rome. That's why I decided to apply for an au pair in Italy. I want learn more about the life and culture of Italians. Studying takes me about two hours a day, so I know I will have time for all necessary tasks.
I loved babysitting and I really bonded with the kids. I believe I am a good caretaker. On top of that, my dream job is a midwife, so I know how to handle and am prepared to take care of very young kids.
