We are a family of 6 living in Garðabær looking to become a host family for the first time.

Garðabær is in the capital area, but we are close to the nature as well.

We would like to invite a vegan, vegeterian or someone open to the lifestyle as we offer mostly only plant based at home.

We can invite you anytime from now until September, but we need the “nanny” help by September, when the twins turn one. If you arrive earlier, the tasks would be everyday help until September. We are hoping to find someone for a 12 month contract and someone who can speak good english.

工作描述

Main job would be to take care of twins that will be one year old (a girl and a boy). We also have two girls, 3 and 6 years old. When the twins get into kindergarden, the tasks would change to everyday help with a big family.

For the nanny job, we don’t know when they will get into kindergarden, but we are assuming you will have the two of them 3 workdays a week and 2 days a week one of us is at home taking care of them.

We are not expecting au pair needing to be alone taking care of all 4 kids.

Our main priority is that the au pair feels at home and can feel like a big sibling in our house.

We live in Garðabær, which is part of the Reykjavík capital area. Our house is newly built and includes a garden. The neighbourhood is well located in the capital area, next to a small lake, a golf course and popular hiking trails. The au pair will have her own big room, but shared bathroom.
