Our family consists of 3 people, me, my wife and our 3,5 years old daughter Leyla. My wife and I speak German, English, Turkish and some French. Our philosophy of life is actually about calmness. We are a family in our own way, fun-loving, respectful and disciplined. We expect the same from the person who will come. Before the AuPair, we had a helper in our house for about 1,5 years and she had to leave due to the end of her residency. But we had a very good communication with her. As my wife and I work irregular hours, what we are looking for is not so much a childminder as a member of the family who will take care of the child and the house at the same time. Of course, in a way that will be compensated for this. But because of the Canton we live in, it is not possible to bring a person from a non-EU country.
