My dad needs prompts and assistance with eating healthy, exercising, keeping track of daily tasks and companionship since his stroke. My mother is very heatlhy and enjoys staying busy but could use a support person to assist with caregiving for my dad. They both need help with anything electronic including sleep apnea machines, blood pressure machines, heart monitor, television controls and other projects that occur around the house. They enjoy watching and discussing political and religious events, yard work, house projects, community events and socializing with friends and family. They are very private and self sufficient people so employing help in this manner will be a big but much needed step towards maintaining their freedom and happiness.
