We are seeking a responsible and caring individual to join our family as an Au Pair. As a father of 12 year old twin boys, we require assistance in managing our busy family life and ensuring the well-being of our children. The Au Pair will play a crucial role in providing support and creating memorable experiences for our family.


Responsibilities:

1. Childcare: Primarily responsible for the care and supervision of our twin boys, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

2. Engaging Activities: Plan and organize age-appropriate activities, such as trips to the beach, bike rides, pool time, visits to the bookstore, jump parks, and water parks, to keep the children active and entertained.

3. Schedule Management: Assist in maintaining a structured routine for the children, including coordinating their daily activities, meals, and bedtime routines.

4. Educational Support: Encourage and assist the boys with their learning and development, fostering a positive and stimulating environment.

5. Light Housekeeping: Help with light household tasks related to the children, such as tidying up their play areas and doing their laundry.

6. Role Model: Teach and promote values of accountability and gentlemanly behavior to the boys, serving as a positive role model.

7. Travel: Accompany the family during summer trips to Merritt Island, FL, and Palm Beach, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for the children.


Requirements:

1. Experience: Previous experience in childcare or related roles is preferred.

2. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule and assist with occasional evening or weekend childcare.

3. Patience and Responsibility: Demonstrated ability to handle the needs and challenges of caring for young children.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both children and adults.

5. Driver's License: A valid driver's license is a plus but not required for transporting the children to various activities.

6. Visa Requirements: Must have the necessary visa requirements to work as an Au Pair in the respective location I am willing to help if needed.
