Dear host family,
My name is Juliette, I’m 26 years old, Swiss and Italian, and a certified childcare worker with several years of experience in early childhood education.
During my training, I completed various internships with children from 3 months to 10 years old, including time spent in a special care center for children with medical needs. After receiving my diploma, I worked briefly in a daycare but decided to gain broader life and international experience.
Since December 2024, I have been living in Paris with a German family, caring for their twins. I’m now looking for a new opportunity — one that allows for a more balanced routine and values open communication and mutual respect.
In addition to childcare, I have a deep interest in languages and cultures. I’ve lived in South Korea for 8 months, and I’m currently studying English, German, Greek, Korean, and Italian. I also plan to study Japanese, Arabic, and Mandarin. My long-term goal is to attend university to study International Relations, because I want to keep helping families and children, but on a broader, more global level than what I can do in a daycare setting.
I’m a warm, caring person who believes strongly in creating a safe and structured environment for children. I love helping them grow and gain confidence — with patience, kindness, and clear limits. I’m also highly dependable and adaptable in daily life.
At the same time, I’m looking for a setting where I can also take care of my personal growth. I’m preparing for language exams and working on staying healthy and active — so it’s important for me to have a clear schedule, and a few hours here and there for study, rest, or exercise.
I am fully available and happy to help according to the needs of your family, but I’m also looking for a routine that respects everyone’s time — yours, your children’s, and mine. I believe that this balance is key to a successful and long-lasting collaboration.
Because I am Swiss, I must keep my national health insurance, which is quite expensive. For this reason, I’m hoping to find a family that understands this situation and can offer a higher monthly allowance to help me cover those essential costs. I’m happy to be transparent and discuss this with you directly.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my profile. I hope we can build a positive and respectful experience together
