Hi! I'm Miranda, a 25-year-old from the US who is looking to ideally au pair in Mexico or Spain, though I'm open to most places. My native language is English, though I speak Spanish at a C2 level or higher and French at a B1/basic conversational level. I'm very friendly, love to laugh, and I have fun doing just about anything. In the US, I've been a middle-school (ages 10-13) Spanish teacher for the past 2 years so I have a lot of experience working with and building relationships with children. I'm Working with that age group has also taught me to have a great deal of patience, to forgive quickly and to balance discipline and unconditional love. It has also given me a great deal of insight in how children learn languages so I think I would be able to easily apply that knowledge to my role as an au pair. I feel comfortable working with children of any age (0-17) and I'm used to being responsible for about 15-35 kids at a given time so while I'm ideally hoping for a household with 2-3 kids, I'm pretty flexible.
