Hello, my name is Briana, and I am a 19-year-old university student from Ireland, currently studying law. Alongside my studies, I work as a Senior Training Manager at McDonald’s, where I am responsible for the training and development of 130 employees. This role has provided me with valuable leadership experience, as well as first aid training, which I believe is an essential skill when caring for children.
I come from a family of seven and am the middle child of five siblings, so I am very accustomed to adapting to diverse situations and environments. Growing up in a large family has also taught me patience, problem-solving, and how to build strong relationships—all qualities I look forward to bringing to my role as an Au Pair.
From being captain of my team and Manager of my store I have gained leadership experience which has allowed me to refine my discipline, organisation, time management and ability to set a good example whilst still creating a fun and engaging environment.
