Im Dan, 22 yo

live in Kazan, graduated a week ago at the Kazan Federal University, Institute of Management, Economics and Finance at the Faculty of Management, specialization "real estate market"

I have been dealing with commercial real estate for two years: rent/sale/investment consulting.

15 years professionally engaged in dancing: contemporary, jazz modern, ballet, folk, hip-hop. I am very grateful to my parents for taking me to classes once in my childhood, which later gave me the opportunity to dance at the opening and closing of the World Aquatics Championship, the World Football Championship, to be part of a delegation from the Republic of Tatarstan and to dance in Paris on Mars field, near the Eiffel Tower, and a total of more than two thousand performances at modern choreography festivals, annual celebrations and private events.

in 2022, I took 41st place in the list of the best students of the Republic of Tatarstan, passed 4 interviews and, as part of a delegation, got to the "Summer Campus of the Presidential Academy" (the largest student forum in Russia), where I and 300 other students from all over Russia worked for two weeks in teams in several areas, listened to lectures and prepared for the defense of our project.

At the moment I go in for sports, study English to pass the international IELTS exam and enter the European Master's program maybe 2024-25 year.

I am very interested in the topic of biohacking, optimizing the work of the brain and internal indicators of the body, last year I discovered dietary supplements and my World suddenly changed a lot :)

I have an older brother, he is 30. After graduating in Germany and Norway, he moved to live in Georgia.
And a wonderful little sister who is now 9.
I have absolute, transcendent love and gratitude for my family.
I learned to interact well with children, thanks to the constant time with my wonderful sister, and I also taught choreography for children in one of the schools in Kazan.

I am a great cook and I love it.

If I characterize myself as a babysitter, I give it an 8/10 )
because I haven't found any household or economic issues that I couldn't handle, but there is no limit to perfection)

Au pair turned out to be an ideal option for me because I love children, I am comfortable spending time with them (sometimes you want to stop endlessly rationally analyzing, turn on your inner child and trust feelings and emotions)
But I also like the prospect of practicing English or learning French, for example.

I would be happy to explore new people and cultures.
