Hello! My name is Nicolas, I'm not yet of age to actually go onto this Au-Pair-journey but I'm already planning ahead, so I created this account :)
I speak English fluently, but want to solidify my skills by being really in the culture and environment. I also find the British accent beautiful, hence my preference for Great Britain.
I stated my gender as "diverse" in my profile because I am a trans man (female to male) to make sure lifestyles don't clash.
I did two weeks of apprenticeship in 2024 in a daycare, and plan for another week this month. I also intend to further my childcare skills by tutoring and being a nanny. I adore children and wouldn't exchange being accepted as a friend by one for nothing. I also care for two cats of my own, so I come along with that particular skill!
I will unfortunately not be able to have children of my own biologically and due to my future career choice, the military; that's why this opportunity is amazing for me.

儿童照看经验

I have learnt English since fifth class because lots of YouTube videos of my interest were in it, and continued to work on that, eventually rising above school-level education. I am chronically bored in the English class at my German school, but thankfully, most teachers were understanding and tried to provide additional education.
Now, funnily, I've found out through the game Call Of Duty that English comes in lots of unique accents and somehow found a love for practicing them. I'm looking forward to immersing myself in the English culture and, perhaps, even becoming indistinguishable from a native Brit! ?
I also hope to gain more responsibility as a bridge into adulthood. Away from parents, with my own tasks to do, the whole deal.
