My name is Jasmine, and I have a degree in English Literature and I now work as an editor at a magazine. I make an amazing au pair as I am a very nurturing and caring person who loves to do wholesome and fun activities with children. I am a very creative person and can help teach your children to read and write in English. I have found in the past that being an au pair is a very grounding experience. I am very loving and get along with children very well. You should host me as it is my goal to help children with their communication skills by having conversations with them and listening to them if something has upset them, this way it gives me an insight into the ways in which we can solve a problem. I believe it is also important for children to express their creative and academic sides equally and as much as possible. I have previous experience as an au pair doing fun activities with children such as playing at the beach, going to the cinema and parks, as well as teaching them English. I have experience in teaching English to children through playing games such as puzzles and teaching nursery rhyme songs.

In previous experiences as an au pair, I have helped out with morning and bedtime routines for young children. This consisted of getting dressed, having breakfast and dinner and reading bedtime stories. I also helped out with prepping for the beach, whether that be for a toddler or a baby. This consisted of ensuring the children were fully equipped and protected from the sun. I helped prep lunch and dinner and made sure there was enough water throughout the day on days out. Most days consisted of keeping the children entertained through playing games and doing creative activities that would involve the children's imagination or colouring in, solving puzzles, and painting.
