My name is Beatriz, I'm from Portugal and I am 25 years old. I am a recent medical graduate and will pursue a specialization in Obstetrics or Pediatrics in the near future. While I am eager to embark on a career in medicine, I have always dreamed of having an international cultural experience and nurturing my passion for childcare before beginning my medical journey.

My background in medicine has equipped me with valuable skills in communication, patience, and problem-solving—qualities that I believe are essential for childcare. Additionally, my medical training includes certification in CPR and first aid.

One of the main reasons I am drawn to the au pair program is the opportunity to immerse myself in your culture and language. I am fluent in English and Portuguese and currently learning German, and I am eager to share my language and culture with your family while learning from you as well. I believe that this cultural exchange can be a valuable and educational experience.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading and especially get to know different places and cultures. I am an open-minded and adaptable person who is excited to embrace new experiences and create lasting memories.
