Hello! I'm a full-time student in Lithuania, currently studying in Croatia for the exchange program. As a student, I am trying to be more financially independent by doing my favorite job that I'm good at.

My biggest motivation and reason for this job is my love for children! I always loved children since I know myself and had a trustful relationship with them. I can give an example from younger children that I used to play with in my childhood. Or my cousin's daughter whom I recently visited and spent almost a month with them, also made me realise that I am very good with children. Because my cousin's daughter who is so shy and refused any interaction with strangers (anybody else except her parents), got surprisingly very close with me after just a few hours of my visit. At the end of almost 1 month, we became close friends and had a very deep connection with her. Having her first friend (me) helped her to become more sociable, and friendly and to open up more. I don't wanna praise myself, as it would look selfish, but I can surely say that I can understand children's language better than some adults. I can match their energy, be a child with a child, play create, etc. I can adapt very quickly and of course, respect and follow parents' decisions for a child.
