I have three Taiwanese host families, and each of them has children from 4 to 25 years old. Therefore, I am used to communicate and find subject of interest with children, teenagers, and people older than me. I also used to babysit the children of my small village when I was younger. As their parents were very busy during summer, for most of them are farmers, I would bring the kids to the river, or take them to the morning market, ride bikes, go near the mountains to learn about animals. Do not worry, the elders and I have known these mountains forever. I believe it is essential for a child to get close to nature. I would also babysit at home, especially toddlers. I can cook, especially with fresh vegetables (my mother, on top of being an excellent cook and mother, is also a formidable farmer) but also sweets (I would not be a true french person otherwise). I can stimulate kids imagination and creativity with outdoors and indoors activities. I remain organised as best as I can, I tidy rooms and clean the kitchen after using them. I never had the chance to be an au pair
