Hello my name is Danica, I am an honours graduate from Confederation College and currently a student at Lakehead University. My background as recreation therapist, Montessori teacher, Early Childhood educator, bilingual student support person as well as volunteer experience has provide with skills essential to caring for children .

Services And Training
I have have experience as a Montessori educator and worked as a preschool teacher for 3 years with children 15 months to 6 years old. Montessori is a method of education that is based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning while children discover their natural desire to learn the world around them. The five key areas of learning in the Montessori environment include; Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics and Culture. I’d be happy to prepare a various related activities for your children to strengthen their skills and further their learning inquiries. I have worked in the school board for 4 years, with children in jk-grade 8. I have knowledge of the French immersion program and am eager to help those learn a second language! I am very confident in my ability to become a true asset to your family, and would value the opportunity to meet and learn more about you and your little loved ones !
