We, a warm family from a charming small town near Hamburg, cordially invite you to become a part of our lives. As a German-speaking family with parents and 3 lively children - a 4-year-old girl, a 2-year-old girl, and a 7-month-old baby girl - we are looking for a warm and energetic Au Pair.
We offer you the opportunity to live in a vibrant, loving home where family values and togetherness are highly valued. Your main task will be taking care of the children, engaging them in playful activities and supporting their daily routines. In addition to light household tasks, we also hope that you will join us in leisure activities and shared outings.
You will have your own cozy room with us, as well as meals and full support during your Au Pair adventure. We are excited to get to know your culture and to introduce you to the German way of life.

Descripción del trabajo

Your primary tasks will revolve around childcare, which includes supervising and engaging with the children. Currently the main task is to take care of the Baby, the other kids are in kindergarten. At the end of the year baby Lilly turns 1 and will also start kindergarten. Au pair duties will change to a afternoon routine with all 3 kids.

Additionally, you will be responsible for undertaking light household duties related to the children, such as tidying their rooms, doing their laundry, and organizing play areas to ensure a safe and fun environment.

Moreover, you will be expected to assist with driving the children for school drop-offs, pick-ups, and any extracurricular activities. It is important to ensure the children's safety during transportation and to be punctual for pickups and drop-offs.

Furthermore, as part of your role, it is essential to keep your own living quarters clean and tidy.

Lastly, active participation in family life is encouraged. This means engaging in family activities, meals, and outings when appropriate and building a positive relationship with both the children and the host family members.

We live in a stand alone house close to Hamburg.
It is a small city but has everything you will need on a daily badis. It is easy and safe to go to Hamburg via train. The Au Pair has her own room with attached bathroom and her own entrance. The house is very clean and modern.
