One never really knows where to start with these kind of things…but here goes!

We live in Bahrain - an island just off of Dubai. Its not very big and everything is relatively close by.

We have recently moved to an ex-pat compound with amazing families and other nannies of all nationalities.
The compound is about 15min from the centre of town.

My husband is a chef, who used to work within the yachting industry. But now works privately as a chef.
I, myself - also worked in the yachting industry and left to become an interior designer. I am now a stay home mom after having Liam.

Due to the nature of my husband’s work we moved to Bahrain where we recently had our son Liam.
We have another daughter in the family who is 21 but is studying in South Africa. She also worked as an au pair but in the Netherlands.
She comes to visit when she has holidays.

My other child is our dog Skollie. We like to joke that he was my first child. He is a Staffordshire Terrier and is such a big teddy bear. Liam and Skollie are best buddies and follow each other everywhere.

We are hoping to find the right au pair for our family as we do plan to have another baby soon. I would love for this candidate to want to grow with the family and not just look at it as a ‘job’
We are an easy going family and love to socialise and meet new people.

Its important to me that you as the au pair know first aid and perhaps have worked with little babies previously.

Other than that - we cant wait to welcome you to the family.
