Proven experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children

Warm, patient, and genuinely passionate about child development

Good communication skills, both with children and adults

Ability to follow routines while remaining flexible to the child’s needs

Strong understanding of child safety and basic first aid

Creative and playful approach to learning and engagement

Physically active and able to keep up with an energetic 4-year-old

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

(Optional) CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

(Optional) Ability to speak a second language or assist with early learning
