Before I started working fulltime, I used to babysit some of the neighbors children. One little girl, who was seven years old, I used to pick up from the bus stop after school. From there she would come back to my house for a couple hours, where I would help her with her homework if needed, give a snack and keep entertained until her mother was finished with work. If the weather was nice, we would go to the playground that was up the street.

I also took care of a couple of brothers. One age three and the other was seven. I usually watched them when their parents went out for the evening. So my duties would be to make sure they got dinner, usually something that was simple and already prepared. Played with them, watched tv, and ensured they got to bed at their proper bedtime. While the three year old was potty training, he did still have diapers and I did have to change them.
Even if Diapers are not my most favorite of things to do, I will do them as someone has to!

Then there are my nieces and my nephew. I would take them out on day trips to the park, the mall, even the movies. If they behaved, sometimes there would be ice-cream involved.
