In terms of mentoring and caring for others I have had a strong history of helping my younger relatives and friends younger siblings. When I was growing up I took care of my younger cousin's and as I grew up I continued the role of carer through babysitting my partner's niece and nephew, as well as my friend's younger siblings. Moreover, in university and societies I’ve worked alongside younger students as a mentor who guided them and was there for them in times of need, or to just be a friend! Overall, I have a lifelong history of caring for those younger than me and being a mentor.

Similarly, I have been furthering my experience through Angloville as I have developed my teaching skills, understanding the best ways to teach children a new language while creating a bond with them that provides me with a great sense of pride and joy. At Angloville I came to understand the importance of balance. I had to balance teaching with fun, to keep the children engaged in learning and wanting to learn. This is one of my core beliefs as a TEFL and ESL mentor, through making learning fun, the children become encouraged to advance. Similarly, I will continue to develop my skills as I work at Camp Europe in the Summer.

I I am capable of delivering effective and engaging lessons to those seeking to become the best version of themselves: one where they can gain a new skill and can open a range of doors for them to experience new things.
