Hello, my name is Rabia. I graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in Turkey in 2024. Throughout my education, I always enjoyed communicating with people and supporting them. Over time, I realized that spending time with children makes me feel especially happy. Being around them brings me more energy, joy, and a sense of liveliness.

I grew up with four siblings and have always been actively involved in their development. I helped them with their studies, played with them, and supported them whenever they needed me. This experience taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of approaching others with love and care. In addition to my siblings, I also had the chance to babysit a few young children outside of my family, and I received very positive feedback from their parents.

These experiences showed me that I can build strong connections with children and that I truly enjoy caring for them. That’s why I would love to become an au pair — to contribute to a child’s growth while also learning about a new culture and developing myself along the way.

Expériences en garde d'enfants

Although I have not worked as an official au pair yet, I have many years of hands-on experience caring for children. I grew up in a big family with four siblings, and I was actively involved in their upbringing—helping them with schoolwork, playing with them, and supporting their emotional growth. These experiences gave me a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and a deep love for working with children.

In addition to caring for my siblings, I have also babysat for several young children outside of my family. I received very positive feedback from the parents, which encouraged me to continue working with kids.

I would love to become an au pair abroad because I see it as a meaningful cultural exchange. It’s a unique opportunity to support a family, grow personally, improve my language skills, and learn about a new way of life. I believe living with a host family and taking part in their daily life will help me gain valuable experiences, both emotionally and professionally.
