Hi there!
My name is Jana and I come from Cape Town, South Africa!
I am 22 years old and studied at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. Up until now I have been in Lyon, France working at three different primary schools as an English Language Assistant.
I have also really enjoyed working with children in the past few months and I am really sad to be leaving my teaching position. Although it is not what I want to do long term I feel that it has taught me so much- organizational skills, quick thinking and improvisation skills and commitment skills. I would be very excited to help out with children and to integrate more into the French culture and into your family!
I am easy to get along with, sociable and kind, and I enjoy trying new things. I am also very adaptable and have learnt so many new skills even by just moving to a different country.
Because I have been working in some French primary schools, as well as babysitting and tutoring English, I feel I would be qualified to look after your children and to take care of them!
I am excited to embark on this part of my journey!
