Hello, my name is Susan .
It's very nice to meet you on the internet. :)
I am a first-year university student studying media and bilingual broadcasting with Chinese and French. My mother tongue is Chinese, but I speak fluent English. This has helped me realized the fascinating difference in how people experience and express things differently because of the languages they use. I love learning different languages and find out new things about cultures other than my own. I think becoming an Au Pair can give me a great opportunity to take a deep dive into a different culture and meet interesting people.
I am easy-going and nice to be around. I have a strong sense of responsibility and self-discipline. I think I can finish the tasks assigned to me responsibly. I think that I am an interesting person. I can be very active in conversations and maybe give you a glimpse of my culture(Chinese) while learning about yours through chatting.
Although I didn't have any serious experience with child care or any other kind of health care, I am a very attentive and caring person. In my friend groups, I am always the one to look after others when they are in need. I am also a quick learner and can adapt to a new environment rather fast. So I don't mind learning about things that I didn't know before. I love animals as well, so if you have pets at home, I don't mind looking after them and I would enjoy the process very much.
