At 15 years old I travelled to Finland to do a student exchange where I fell in love with travelling and learning about other cultures. Since then I have done some travelling and backpacking by myself, with friends and with family. Recently I have just returned from studying in Canada through an exchange program at my university.

I would love to visit France again, however, this time with a purpose, with an opportunity to give. Growing up many of my jobs involved working with kids I would love to take my passion for teaching and children overseas during my university break. I would also like to continue to learn French as well as be able to share my culture with your family.

As the eldest child in a single-parent household, I have always helped in looking after my younger siblings growing up. I have also babysat friends and family's kids. I have worked as a swim instructor for kids as well.

In 2018 a French/Mexican family immigrated to Australia with two little girls (who don't know any English) and came to live with us on our property (through HelpX) and stayed for many years.
