Hi there!
I’m Kasia (for english speakers, you can call me Katie). I’m 21 years old. Currently I’m attending university (adventure tourism) an am looking forward to taking a year break from it :) In my free time I teach english to polish-speaking students. Beside that I’ve worked as a horse-riding instructor and a hippotherapist. I’ve worked with kids for about four to five years now. I’ve been taking care of kids at camps, but I also have my cousins to take care of from time to time ;)

Why do I want to become an Au Pair?
I love kids. I believe if adult people could have so much energy and ambition but also creativity, passion and hope, our society would benefit from it. I love what children can teach us without even thinking about it! I adore their energy!
I also am a curious soul who wants to travel the world, meet new people, new traditions, customs, etc. I would love to see the world from a different angle ;)
Why me?
Sometimes when you look at a teacher, care-taker or a nanny, you can see that the passion just flew away from them, that they are numb and tired. That’s definitely not what you get from me! I am extremely grateful when I can be around children and to listen to their thoughts, what do they like, to play with them. It is my core desire to always show people around that they are seen and heard, so that is something I am looking forward to :) I hope your child and I can become buddies and enjoy our time together :)
As a teacher and psychology enthusiast, it is so important to me to assist this young human however I can so they can become their best selves. It is something I always get teary about - how our smile, positive energy (which I radiate!), compliments we give, can influence this little being and help them see their true value <3
I am optimistic, flexible and open to communication.
