I'm Isa, from Brasil, I'm 18y, currently living with my parents and my brother until my classes at university start, I'll be studying Medicine and Health. I'm a very organized girl, who loves to live new experiences and meet new people! I can cook really well and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others, so I’m thrilled to offer high-quality care to your children!
When I was 7yo, my little cousin was born, I loved to make her laugh and entertain her with stories and games. Last year, I volunteered at an elderly/nursing home, where I discovered more of my love for people and taking care of others. Since talking, playing or helping them, I simply enjoyed spending time with them! So, I decided to combine my love for care and for new experiences into being an au pair, which I'm very excited to!
I've taken care of my relatives' kids all my life and I'm happy to say they all liked me very much! I love to have sleepovers with my little cousins and take care of them, even if for just one night.
I was an exchange student in Denmark for 6 months, there I had two sisters, with whom I keep in touch to this day. I loved living with a host family and sharing my language, my food and my life with them. We had a wonderful time together, and they truly became my family as well!
More about me: I love reading and knitting while I watch TV. I'm enthusiastic about good tv series and movies, which I love to watch with my mom. My grandma taught me how to crochet, that we do together while we talk about our week. I love to draw and paint, stay at home during rainy days and explore new places when it's sunny. I like to bake and make people happy with my desserts! I'm very good with animals of any kind and love them so much. I've always had a great time with kids and elders. I like helping them in their own ways, sharing or teaching them my abilities,the same way with my mother tongue, Portuguese, and my second language, english. Teaching it would be lovely for me. I'm autistic, level 1 of support, commonly known as the asperger syndrome, although it has little impact in my everyday life, I know how it is not to fit properly somewhere and relate to those who are not an active part of society, as to say, children and elderly! I have no problem connecting with them since I feel we have so much in common. As mentioned, I've already lived with a host family, so I have no hard time adapting to a different routine and lifestyle.
