Hi,families.I am Ginger. Yongyi is my Chinese name.I came from Sihui,Guangdong Province,China,a small town which is famous for abound in jades and citrus. I went to college in Guangzhou,I have lived in this city for 7 years from school to work.Now I am 26 years old already with some social experience.

Honestly, I have a lot of good reasons why I want to become an au pair.
At first, cause I liked learning the language, but I was not satisfied with my English level and became interested in the project.So get the opportunity to immerse myself in the local locale is the best choice.
Then I realized that my greater need is (that), after several years of work life, several times of frustration and confusion, I would love to stop from the road to rest for a while and refuel myself. Coupled with my previous experience in caring for children, I love spending time with them, and it really gives me a sense of wanting to regain some kind of vitality.Rediscover this childlike passion ,I believed no matter how big the challenges that will come next,I can handle that.I think I will be inspired by this process of re-learning from the child.

I could be the strong driver of the host family, I got 4 years driving experience, I drive once~twice a week at usual.
The main purpose of driving is to take my family to some small towns around our hometown for a short trip.
I've driven on highways, city roads, country roads, also on rainy days and at night.
At home, I am a clean, measured, polite and easy-going person. I am able to wash dishes,do laundry, tidy up the room, mop the floor, take out the trash, tidy up the laundry...

General leisure time I like cooking,reading books, and drawing on procreate during at home.Me and my friends usually hang out together with some favorite active,such as riding bike, climbing Baiyun Mountain and visiting the museum.
I like books,art,movies very very much since I was a kid.I think I can help the child develop the habit of reading or drawing,It is a nice thing if the kid already has a habit of reading or drawing , I can stay with the kid and read with each other.I think the cultivation of aesthetic education is a very icing on the cake for children.
By the way,cooking is fun too.If I have the opportunity to cook delicious food with the kid, it will greatly improve child's hands-on ability and independence.Invisibly, it will also master more common sense than peers.

Expériences en garde d'enfants

After graduation, I worked as a consultant teacher at an Autism rehabilitation center. The center mainly accepts children aged 1.5-7 who require special education (Behavior Therapy).In this job, I was responsible for the daily reception and management of the children in the whole center. In my work experience, there are three experiences I can't forget about taking care of children. Once, I helped crying an an (1.6 years old) change diapers with the grandmother on a temporary. Also his grandmother forgot to bring the changed clothes and water to the child's class. I promptly provided assistance to deliver them to an an's classroom. That was my first time changing diapers for a child. Lele is 7 years old child who started intervention relatively late. Usually, his emotions are easily agitated, mischievous, and more difficult to manage than other children. He is more dependent on his mother. Every time Lele and his mom come to the center, I will assist the mother in comforting Lele and helping him better enter class state. Xiaoniu is 5 years old child I have meet who loves drawing the most in the center. I really enjoy spending time with him waiting for class or waiting for his grandmother to pick him up after class. Although he occasionally lie on the ground with some intentional behavior that caught others attention,but with the help of the special teacher, he was able to slowly calm down by drawing.From his paintings, I can feel that he has great observation, imagination, and consideration.I am very fond of this boy who earnest, laughing, paranoid and love wearing little yellow hats. What I loved about this experience was that I had never worked with children so much before, and I had never had the opportunity to work with this minority group of autistic children, and it helped me to open up previously unknown areas and learn a lot about get along with children.Whether it's a system of expertise in the field of children on the spectrum, or basic experience.

Based on my previous childcare experience, I‘d love to get along with kids, which is why I want to become an Au Pair and also have enough confidence and patience to take care of the child.
Last but not least,I will also go out to explore the local city, feel the diversity, and sincerely hope to make new friends abroad!
