As I wrote previously, I have a lot of experience babysitting kids from as young as infants to teenagers. I was also a figure skating teacher for 3 years, where I taught kids as early as 3 to 16. I have also recently been thinking about a career in teaching. I love kids and I think being a teacher is one of the most important and rewarding jobs. There is something so beautiful about children and their youthfulness. My desire to pursue this opportunity stems from my lifelong dream of living in France. I firmly believe that immersion in a country is the most effective way to truly understand its culture and way of life. Although I have visited France once before and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, it was brief, and I am eager for an opportunity to better understand French culture and society. I think living abroad and being a cultured person is so important. As a student specializing in international conflicts, I am aware of the significance of cultural empathy in resolving global issues. Living abroad as an au pair would not only afford me the chance to immerse myself in French culture but also contribute to my ongoing pursuit of fluency in the French language, a goal of mine since I started learning the language.
