Hi all, My name is madeline or maddy / lina for short ! i grew up in hong kong and then was adopted at 8. since then i have travelled & lived internationally. i have 7 siblings and 5 of them being much older than me means that i have tons of nieces & nephews. the reason why i want to become Au pair is to help you in providing a safe & loving childhood for your children while developing my identity by having amazing travel opportunities where i get to immerse myself into the culture. I would love to experience that personal growth with your family !

* multilingual ( always trying to learn more )
* have been in childcare since i was 17
* creative ( i am a huge reader as well as i grew up begging my parents to keep letting me play outside. some of my favorite experiences with the children i’ve worked with have involved baking, making music or going to the library )
* CPR / First aid certified
* patience & empathy ( if you were to ask me who do i learn most from, it would be children. i think it’s extraordinary that despite their limited comprehension of the world, they still try and succeed in understanding themselves and others. )
