Hi, my name is lily and I am 20 years old. I live in Lebanon, Indiana, USA and have lived here my whole life. I have an older sister and a younger brother, a dog, and a cat. Growing up, my family lived in the country, which I always loved. Being outside is very important to me, whether I am riding bikes, going on walks, horse-back riding, camping, or simply reading in the backyard. I've worked in a variety of different places including a dog kennel, warehouse, golf course, ice cream shop, and currently I work in a gym. I want to become an Au Pair and/or nanny because I love getting to know people and making them feel cared for. Yes, I could do that in the US, but the out of country experience makes this opportunity so much more exhilarating and unique. I really enjoy new experiences and getting to know people, hence why I think this could be the perfect opportunity for me. I consider myself to be a very open-minded, caring, understanding, and outgoing person. In my opinion, everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect no matter who you are. I am very family-oriented and I love spending time with kids simply because of how joyful and optimistic they are. It is an amazing thing to watch a child grow up and develop their own unique personalities. Kids are full of love, energy, and innocence, something we all desire. I believe I would be a great fit for this opportunity because I have learned how to get along with everyone and see the best in them. It's a beautiful thing to know someone and enjoy being in their company. Growing up with siblings, having lots of younger cousins, and working in customer service has all helped contribute to my people skills. I also enjoy cleaning, pet-sitting, and exploring.
