Motivation to Be an Au Pair:

I genuinely can't think of anything better than being an au pair. It lets me do two things I really love. First, I'm into traveling and exploring new places. Being an au pair means I can visit different countries and learn about their cultures.

Second, I truly enjoy being around kids. They bring so much happiness and curiosity to life. As an au pair, I get to combine my love for travel with my love for taking care of children. It's like the best of both worlds, and I'm really excited about it. ???✈️ I have a deep love for my mom, Barbara (50). We live together as a duo, just the two of us. I'm also close to my dad, and we frequently enjoy watching football games at the stadium. Language Skills:

Italian is my native language, and I'm fluent in it. I also have a good command of Spanish and English. Currently, I'm actively studying both Chinese and Swedish, which adds an exciting dimension to my linguistic abilities. Additionally, I had the valuable experience of spending three months in a German-speaking region, which significantly improved my German language skills.

These language skills allow me to effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and gain a better understanding of their lives. ?️?? I'm really good at talking with kids, but it's not just about using words. You see, when I'm with children, I've learned that you don't always need to talk to make a connection. Traveling is a passion I share with my older sister, who is 26 years old. We make a great travel team.

Meeting new people is something I truly enjoy, especially people from different countries. Thanks to my experiences during Erasmus, I've made international friends whom I still keep in touch with.

I'm often the go-to person among my friends when they need help with their schoolwork, especially going through class notes and homework. I love to help, and two heads are better than one.

childcare experience: I have a strong background in childcare, and it's something I'm truly passionate about. My journey with taking care of children started when I was 15, looking after two wonderful girls, Anna and Gioia, aged 1 and 4 at the time. I developed a deep bond with them and continued to babysit them for several years.

As they grew older, I transitioned to caring for two other children, aged 5 and 8, who had vivid imaginations and kept me on my toes. Additionally, I worked as an entertainer at a campsite for two summers, where I had the pleasure of being responsible for more than 30 children.

My experience with children has been both rewarding and fulfilling, and I'm excited to continue this journey. ????

Free Time Activities:

In my free time, I have a variety of interests that keep me active and engaged. I love going for runs to stay fit and enjoy the outdoors. Reading is another passion of mine, where I explore different worlds through books.

Soccer holds a special place in my heart, and I often find joy in watching and playing the sport. And when I'm in the mood for some extra exercise, I hit the gym to stay in shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Education:

I completed my high school education in June 2023. During my high school years, I gained valuable experience as both a babysitter and an animator, nurturing my passion for working with children.

Looking ahead, I have exciting plans to continue my education and train as a child social worker. This reflects my commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families in the future.
