Hi!
My name is Carolina, I am an tweeny year old spanish girl. I am looking forwoard to work abroad this summer and I think beeing aupair is a great oportunity! I already have Au Pair experience. Last summer I had the pleasure of spending almost three months with an amazing four year old German kid.

I really enjoy spending time with kids and I find it easy to get along with them, eventhou some can make it a bit more challenging. I think that the main reason that explains why I get along so well with them is because I am quite pacent and pretty creative. This usually allows me to understand them and challenge their imagination.

Furthermore, I would like very much to take advantage of this experience to be able to improve or learn some of the languages ​​that I have somewhat forgotten, such as German, French and Italian.


Regarding my family, my mother was born in Germany and has spent there half of her life. At the moment we are living at Spain, were my father is originally from. We all have a great relationship,, we love spending quality time together either on excursions and exploring new places or coasy time at home like movie marathons. My sister and I are only two years apart and we have always shared a really special bond.

At the moment I am studing the last year of Global Studies in Salamanca, in June 2025 I'll be graduating. The degree is teached in English so I would be really comfortable talking in English with the kids or even teaching some if required. I specially like reading and painting so I would really enjoy making some creative activities with the kids. I also like cooking so there would be no problem if that would be needed for the kids. Furthermore I really enjoy outdoor activities, sports and animals. I have an older sister with whom I have a great relationship with. I don´t own a drivers license at the moment, however, I properly know how to ride a bike or use public transport.

In my free time I enjoy many activities. I love reading, I have special interests in History, Art, Philosophy, Literature and Psicology. On top of that I love art, I spend most of my alone time painting, I enjoy any creative or artistical activity. Furthermore, I love nature and outdoor activities such as walks, picnics, bicicle, etc. I love visiting museums, nature and animals as well.

I am looking forward spending my summer with an understanding family with a flexible time table as my social life and free time are also very important things for me.

My first language is Spanish, however, my mother is from München and when I was a kid I was only able to speak and understand German. However, since we moved to spain when I was little, I have lost most of my German, that is why I also find this as a perfect opportunity to refresh my German.
