As a caregiver for the elderly at the Royal Devon Hospital NHS Exeter, I have had the privilege of working across various wards, including stroke, dialysis, stoma care, orthopedic, and post-surgery units. This experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by elderly individuals in different healthcare settings. Throughout my one-year tenure, I have developed a deep sense of empathy and compassion for the elderly population.
