Hello future host family ☺️ its a plesure to meet you ? my name is Trissa from the Philippines ?? and currently an au pair here in the east part of Iceland ?? specifically in the town of Egilsstaðir a countryside location here. I have been living with a lovely family of five for 8 months now consisting of the Host parents the kids (one girl and two boys) ages 12,9, and 6 and also with their pets píla the dog and branður the cat. Its been an amazing journey being with them . my tasks here are as follows:
- cleaning the house everyday
- walking the dog
-making snacks for the middle child and helps him read and write since he has ADHD so he needs assistance from time to time
- feeding the dog (sometimes)
- laundry
- babysitting
- and making dinners
But time flies so fast and my contract with them will end soon and I wanted to continue being an au pair to help more host families with their day to day lives and also i wanted to learn cultures in capital areas. Hope to hear from you soon.
