Dear Future Family,

Namaste and a very warm welcome from our family here in Jodhpur, Rajasthan!

We’re truly excited about the possibility of you joining our family and becoming a part of our daily life. Let us introduce ourselves — I’m Mohit, my wife is Sneha, and we’re blessed with three wonderful little ones. We have twin daughters who were born in October 2022 and a baby boy who joined our family in December 2023. Life is full and lively in our home, and we’re looking forward to sharing it with you.

We live in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment in a friendly neighborhood, and our home is always filled with warmth, laughter, and the aroma of delicious home-cooked meals. One thing you’ll never have to worry about is going hungry — Sneha loves to cook and we enjoy a variety of Indian dishes (and we’re happy to learn and try new ones too if you want to share something from your culture!).

You won’t be alone in managing things around the kids. We already have local nannies who help us with day-to-day childcare, so the workload is shared and very manageable. Your role will focus more on being a big sister to our kids — playing with them, helping them learn, and just being a kind and reliable presence in their lives. We’ll make sure your responsibilities are clearly communicated, respectful of your personal time, and enjoyable.

As a family, we value kindness, respect, and open communication. We want you to feel at home here, not like an employee but as part of our family. We’re happy to help you explore Indian culture, learn the language if you're interested, and experience life in one of India’s most beautiful and historic cities. Jodhpur is rich in culture, history, and color — we’d love to show you around!
